Outback Scenic Tours Australia is a family business owned by Peter and Margaret Mercer. They have been enjoying the Outback for the best part of 30 years and offer our guests the same opportunity.

Our Tag-A-Long Tour business is made up of ourselves and a number of like minded people who have enjoyed travelling with us over the years. These hand selected people have visited and experienced the Outback many, many times, and form the cadre of our guides.

Our goal is to take you, your family or your friends on an introductory tour of the Outback visiting sites of early Australian history. This is out where Burke and Wills initially explored Australia and played out their tragedy; or experience the outback and follow in the footsteps of the famous Tom Kruse of Marree – the Birdsville mail man.

We offer our guests fixed route trips at this stage but are confident that this list will grow to accommodate remote area locations where time is not essential as your desire to go to new places also grows.
